For those who have no idea what do those terms mean, cPanel is basically a web-based control panel for you (or your website administrator) to manage the technical aspect of your web hosting account, such as setting up email accounts, performing back-ups of your websites, and accessing analytical statistics of your website.

Fantastico is an add-on to cPanel. It allows administrators to setup popular web-based business systems such as Joomla! (a web content management system), phpBB (the world's most popular forum board), osCommerce (a shopping cart system), and Wordpress (blogs like the one you’re reading now).
